To set up your e-mail account in Microsoft Outlook 2019:

1-  Click the File tab and then click Add Account



2- Enter your email address, and after clicking on Advanced options, check the radio button for manual setup



3- Select POP 


4- On this window, enter your information as follows:
Incoming mail server (POP3): mail.yourdomain.com
Port: 995
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com
Port:465
Then click Next button

5- Now you are almost done, just enter your password, and your e-mails will start to download

6- You are now done!
